The Justicia Project

The Justicia Project was designed to retain and advance women lawyers in private practice. The project, which continues until the end of 2013, is the first of its kind in Canada and includes representatives from medium and large firms committed to identifying and adopting principles and best practices that promote the retention and advancement of women.
