• Join YWL on May 2 at 6-7:30PM to learn about the ins and outs of in-house. Our panel, including Jessie Lamont (Senior Counsel, RBC Law Group), Victoria Novak (Director, Business & Legal Affairs, Wild Brain), Annesta Duodu (Associate Counsel, Music Canada), Orit Sinai (Partner, ZSA Legal Recruitment) and Sophia Javed (Associate Counsel, The Globe and Mail) will be answering questions about the pros/cons of in-house life, where the current market stands, and will give us the facts about the salaries and hours that come with in-house positions.

  Time: 6:00PM - 7:30PM  

  Price: $15 for Members, $20 for Non-Members
  
  

  There is no mask requirement for this event.
  
  

  Directions to the TLA Lounge:

• 1.  Arrive at the Armoury Street Entrance (the north side of the building) where security will let attendees in.

• 2. Follow the hall to the escalators on the left.  Take escalator to the 2^nd  floor.

• 3. Proceed in the direction of Courtrooms 2-1  and 2-8. There’s a sign on the wall which indicates that and also says “Barristers’ Robing Rooms”.

• 4. Through the doors and keep going left. 

• 5. Proceed through 3 sets of doors.  Eventually signs will indicate TLA Lawyers Lounge or Barristers Robing Rooms – continue in this direction. 

• 6. After the 3^rd door on the right there will be a round, mosaic tiled structure.  Pass it and on the left is the Lawyers’ Lounge.
